Finland's Axopar Boats has partnered with Dutch watersports company JOBE to release the all-new multipurpose 'Revolve XXII.' The new flagship model is based off the 22 Spyder platform Axopar unveiled in September, and will offer consumers a fully furnished watersports package without requiring the post-purchase spending spree. The 22 Spyder itself is a truncated version of Axopar's larger designs and boasts their signature style at a fraction of the cost. On top of that, the 22 Spyder offers an attractive pricepoint by virtue of being shipped inside individualized containers that reduce transport costs and associated retail prices. The new Revolve XXII will reach North American markets as a trailerable package with an estimated MRSP of around $33,000 USD. Axopar has made several bold moves in 2020, most notably their spring collaboration with Brabus to create the luxury Shadow Cabin 500 that made our list of the top 5 most innovative designs of 2020.
The Revolve XXII will be offered with a custom graphics packages and comes with a complete watertoy set including stand-up paddleboards, a sea scooter, waterskiis, wakeboards, and tubes. The graphics package will include neon green decals and a custom-hand painted turquoise color scheme boosted by JOBE detailing and a 'Revolve' hull-wrap. The watersports package will also include handy add-ons like a hammock, a 12v air pump, tow rope, and PFD's. New buyers will also get a JOBE gift card to spend on items from the JOBE webstore. Different floorplans will also be offered with different social layouts as well as an optional toilet, aft deck shower, or bimini sunshade. Standard power options for factory-direct boats will be Mercury outboards ranging from 115-200 hp. Dealers will have the option for alternative outboard options from other manufacturers.
In a company statement, Axopar co-founder and creative and innovations director Jan-Erik Viitaa stated, “We see our customers searching to broaden their experiences on the water, seeking excitement and new adventures, which excites us to push boundaries and develop new fresh ideas for our customers, to surprise and disrupt this traditional market. We are excited to soon release the results of our unique collaboration with Jobe Sports.”
