Boston Whaler Inc. have not been idle in 2020. In April they released new models in both their Conquest and Vantage series lineups, and have now added to the increasingly popular Dauntless series.
Previously available in 170, 180, 210, and 270, Whaler has now shored up the mid-range with 220 and 250 iterations. The Dauntless series is dubbed a 'multitasking' platform, and with the amenities to switch between activities like quiet inland fishing to offshore cruising and watersports, the moniker seems fitting. Now with more sizing options, owners can select the ideal platform for their intended purpose without being relegated to a size larger or smaller than they'd prefer.
Both new Dauntless models include spacious layouts in typical Whaler fashion with plenty of seating, as well as smartly designed amenities for fishing, watersports, and cruising. The 220 and 250 both carry a large bow lounge, a sleek redesigned hull, and available options that allow for customization depending on your intended usage. Here's a quick look at the new Dauntless lineup for 2021:

Forward double lounge seat with large lockable storage and room for 7’ rods

Stylish helm console with SmartCraft® gauges and optional Fusion® stereo
250 Dauntless

The Dauntless series is defined as both 'capable and confident' regardless of your waterway, and there's good reason to trust that assertion. On top of the available features unique to the new 220 and 250, the Dauntless series also comes with a host of keynote options to provide a platform capable of multiple uses:
High-efficiency Mercury outboard engines
All-Activity Tower option enhances watersports capabilities
Rod holders and storage to protect fishing equipment
Ergonomic center console helm station with SmartCraft™ gauges
Flip-up backrests and convertible seating
Abundant storage to hold all your gear
Options like a Yeti® cooler or Fusion® stereo
Stainless steel grab rails
