One of recreational boating's most longstanding brands will also use the Palm Beach International Show to debut their latest model.

Chris-Craft, who celebrated their 150th birthday with the launch of an Anniversary Edition Launch 27 last year, will unveil the all-new Catalina 31 center console at the upcoming event.

The Palm Beach International Boat Show runs from March 19th-23rd and has become a new hub for launching new products.

The launch of the Catalina 31 comes after another surge from the veteran company, who had to increase production capacity by 50% in 2023 and followed that up with the launch of the all-electric Launch 25 GTe and the compact Sportster 25 in 2024.

“Every boat we design and manufacture takes into mind our family of boat owners and future owners; the Catalina 31 was created with enhancements that we know our owner will greatly enjoy,” said Ron Berman, Vice President of Chris-Craft.

“Building upon our reputation of classic elegance, design excellence, and exceptional craftsmanship, the Catalina 31 is an exciting new addition to our portfolio.”

The Catalina 31 features a newly designed hardtop for the standard pilothouse. The bow area is designed for socializing and relaxation and features premium cool touch upholstery with wrap-around seating, thick cushions, integrated drink holder pockets with accent lighting, and inductive chargers. An upgraded audio system integrates additional speakers and amplifiers.

The Catalina 31 will also feature an all-new electrical and control system which integrates the latest CZone digital switching system, advanced control battery management, and remote access features.  All the new features will be controlled though an exclusive Chris Craft user interface. The new model will also feature variable speed air conditioning and heat systems powered by Lithionics lithium-ion batteries.

Standout interior features include all-new teak accent helm seats with high-gloss back accents, upgraded stainless steel bolster hinges and armrests, and custom foam packs for enhanced comfort. The finely detailed stitching and wave quilting add a touch of sophistication users come to expect from Chris-Craft. The standard synthetic teak, extending from bow to stern, ensures durability and low maintenance while maintaining Chris-Craft's classic aesthetic.

For the captain and crew alike, storage features are also a signature detail in the new design. There are dedicated storage drawers at the helm, a washdown hose cabinet, a tip out trash can, and added storage in the cabin.

A spacious swim platform includes updated rigging, eliminates the motor well, and enhances access to the water. A new dive door design also offers a simple hinged design for quick and simply entry and agress.

The Catalina 31 will be on display at Land Display #1094 at the Palm Beach show. Boaters are invited to stop by the booth and to meet the Chris-Craft team and experience the model firsthand.
