Cruise, Cast, Chill - Sailfish Introduces Versatile 252 CC for 2025

Sailfish Boats has unveiled the all-new 252 Center Console (CC) for 2025, marking a new era in design and layout for the longstanding Georgia boatbuilder.

The 252 CC will carry an LOA of 25' (7.62 m) with an 8'10" (2.69 m) beam and a 19" (48 cm) draught. The new model will slot in between their existing 242 CC and 272 CC.

She will also carry 22-24 degrees of variable deadrise with a dry weight of 5800 lbs (2360 kg), a 157 gal (594 L) fuel capacity, and a max rating of 400 horsepower.

The company also entered in the dual console market in 2023 with their 226 DC.

Boaters will be able to choose between two aft deck setups to best match their preferences. One configuration includes dual 10-gallon livewells beneath a full-width bench seat, along with port and starboard transom access — an ideal setup for both anglers and family excursions.

The alternate layout features a wide, fold-down rear seat paired with a single 25-gallon livewell on the port side. It also includes a large port-side entry door with an integrated ladder, making it ideal for swimmers, divers, and easy boarding at the dock.

Power options for the 252 CC are customizable and range from a single 300 to 400 HP outboard, or twin 150 or 200 HP engines from Mercury, Yamaha, or Suzuki. The options offer a blend of acceleration, fuel efficiency, and offshore handling depending on user needs. Whether prioritizing top speed, maneuverability, or economy, the choice between single and twin engines will allow owners to tweak their power layout as needed.

At the helm, a full-height glass windshield enclosure and oversized hardtop provide great visibility and protection under all conditions. The sleek console structure also minimizes wind drag while maximizing airflow. The dash supports up to dual 16" Garmin or Simrad GPS displays for navigation, sonar, and engine data.

Forward of the console is a spacious head compartment equipped with a standard porta-potti with pump-out or an optional electric marine toilet. A built-in seat on the head door adds further utility. At the bow, plush seating with articulating backrests converts easily into bolsters with insulated storage underneath — allowing the creation of a large and modifiable relaxation area.

Premium options for the 252 CC include an ergonomic leaning post with dual upholstered captain’s chairs and integrated storage. An optional Baja beach table pairs with the in-deck Baja beach cooler for a fun entertainment-ready space. An enhanced Sailfish entertainment package is also available which includes a ski tow pylon, underwater lighting, and a Fusion stereo with remote for added enjoyment on the water.

As with all Sailfish boats, the 252 CC features the company's exclusive Variable Degree Stepped (VDS) hull. The three-tiered hull incorporates a 24-degree step for cutting through waves, a 23-degree surface for reduced drag, and a 22-degree outer step for improved stability while at rest.

Built using Sailfish’s proprietary Sailtech Construction process — which combines Kevlar, carbon fiber, quad-axial fiberglass mat, and robust Prisma Beam reinforcements — the 252 CC is designed for strength and longevity in harsh coastal waters. #news #products #sailfishboats
