Missouri's Lowe Boats, one of the industry's leading manufacturers of full-featured aluminum boats has announced the redesigned Stinger 8-Series for 2023.

The company, which is owned by the larger Brunswick Corporation, made a bold statement in late 2022 by announcing a complete rebrand their lineup. Their first move was the rebuilt sport fishing 'SF' pontoon series in late 2022, and now their aluminum Mod-V hulls will undergo a similar change-up.

The new lineup is designed for both the amateur or professional tournament angler and come with a long list of standard high-end features.

Built on a cross-lock stringer system, the Stinger 8-Series offering a stable ride, rigid flooring, and extreme durability. The refresh for 2023 will feature complete redesigns of everything from the seating to the casting deck and beyond. New for the 2023 lineup is sealed storage throughout which is helped by a raised sealing surface, rigid doors, and foam padding in the interior for nearly water-proof storage compartments.

“Our new Stinger 8-Series is our most impressive lineup yet, with some of the most advanced features we have ever put into our aluminum boats,” said Greg Falkner, General Manager, Lowe Boats. “We’re incredibly excited to bring this new line to our dedicated anglers and help them usher in a new era of fishing capability.”

With models ranging from 17’10” to 19’10” feet, standard amenities will include a 36-gallon aerated, recirculated livewell, spacious center storage accommodating 12 rods and up to 18 tackleboxes, premium driver, passenger, and fore and aft tournament seats, and a tournament-style fiberglass console and optional matching passenger console. Additionally, the shallow-draft pad hull is a fast-planing design for unparalleled speed and comfort while offering decisive holeshots out of the gate.

Customizable features include Lowrance HDS Live fishfinders, Active Target Sonar, optional trolling motors, center cooler, step box, LED lighting for the deck and storage compartments, jack plates, and the ability to install shallow water anchors. The Stinger 8-Series will be powered by Mercury Marine with a 150 maximum horsepower rating depending on the model size.
