Summer is typically the time of year for major product announcements and most manufacturers are using the next month to tease consumers about 2021 plans. Engine manufacturers are are seemingly first out of the gate, likely in part due to the recent dissolution of Evinrude motors and the rush to seize market share. Suzuki Marine announced a new outboard series, Mercury Racing unveiled a radical new propeller, and OXE Marine teamed up with BMW to produce impressive diesel outboards. In terms of manufacturers, both Malibu Boats and Nautique have recently made big announcements about new models for next year.
